How do I pay my bill? »
We accept payment by check, credit card, or PayPal. Instructions for how to submit payment are included on your invoice.
Do you have a referral program? »
Yes. For each yearly hosting client that you refer, we will give you 10% off your hosting package price. If you refer 5 clients, we will waive your next yearly renewal fee.

Do you offer any discounts for up-front pre-payment? »
Yes. The pricing for our yearly Shared Hosting plans reflects a discount over the monthly plans. Basically you get two months free when you select these yearly plans.

Development »

What languages/frameworks do you use for web development? »
We typically build applications in either Ruby on Rails or PHP, depending on the project requirements. Our hosting environment supports both, of course.

Email Marketing »

How do I access the campaign management interface? »
Our email marketing platform is offered as a hosted service, so just point your web browser to http://campaign.stottsan.com.

Then, login with the credentials you received in your activation email. If you can't find the email, or are having other issues logging in, please contact us for assistance.

Hosting »

Where are your servers located? »
Our infrastructure is hosted out of Rackspace's world-class data centers.
What software comes with your hosting packages? »
Our servers are built on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Linux, and include all the software that you need, such as Apache, MySQL, PHP, BIND, SpamAssassin, Postfix, Dovecot, etc. Detailed specs are available on our Shared Hosting and Virtual Private Server pages. Of course, if you need additional software, we'll gladly get it installed for you.
Do you offer custom hosting packages? »
Yes! Please contact us with your custom requirements and we'll be happy to provide you a quote.
How do I access my hosting control panel? »
Our primary Virtualmin control panel is located at https://s1.cloud.stottsan.net:10000.

If you're on our legacy Plesk-based Shared Hosting platform, your control panel is located at https://stottsan.com:8443.

If you are currently experiencing an issue, please let us know via our contact page.
How can I check on the status of Stottsan's infrastructure? »
In the event of service degradation or a complete outage, we will provide communication via our Status page. We will keep updating this site as information is available, until service is completely restored.
